Two questions we hear most: "How much should I spend on ads?" and "Why is there a management fee besides the budget?" Here are both answers with real Egyptian-market numbers.
Two different numbers
Your ad budget goes to Facebook/Google themselves and becomes actual ads โ it's fully yours. The management fee pays for strategy, targeting, creatives, daily optimization and reporting. Anyone quoting "all inclusive" without separating the two โ ask for the split.
Minimum sensible budget (Egypt, 2026)
Below ~EGP 3,000/month the algorithm can't properly learn. A sensible starting range is 5,000โ10,000/month ad budget โ enough to test 2โ3 audiences and several creatives.
Splitting across platforms
Direct-to-consumer products: Meta ~70% + TikTok 30% for younger audiences. Search-driven services (clinics, repairs, legal): Google Search takes the lion's share. Visual novelty products: TikTok/Reels first. Start with two platforms max, then shift budget to whichever delivered the cheapest real customer.
At Blast Media management fees are published (from EGP 2,000/month) and fully separate from your budget โ with a written spend cap and transparent reports.
